APARTMENT SALES
Direct all questions about apartment sales and requests for official documents of the cooperative to BPC Property Management. The Application for Approval of Sale outlines the required documents and instructions for submitting the application. The board encourages potential buyers to review the Building Policies and House Rules prior to their interview with the Admissions Committee.
APARTMENT SUBLETS
Sublets will be considered by the board only under specific circumstances as outlined in the Sublet Policy and Application document. Shareholders who qualify should email a preliminary request to the board with a brief explanation for consideration, before completing the application. The board will let the shareholder know if they are approved.

REFINANCING COOP LOANS
Contact BPC Property Management and the board CongressOwners-Coop-Board@GoogleGroups.com as early in the refinancing process as possible so documentation can be delivered to the lender with ample time prior to closing. If a refinancing involves a change in apartment ownership, including a change in the stock certificate, application must be made to the Admissions Committee for board consideration and prior approval.
Lender inquiries on the coop’s finances or insurance issues should be directed to Sales at BPC Property Management.
Lender recognition agreements are signed by the Board President. They are usually provided in three copies. When the president signs all three copies, the Board will retain one copy for its records and deliver the other two copies to Sales at BPC Property Management to affix the corporation seal. BPC will retain one copy for its records.
